STORY BEHIND THE GAME
If you've ever been to a high school graduation party, this game might look familiar. In the backyard version, players throw golf balls connected by strings attempting to hook them on a ladder rung opposite the playing field in a similar alternating fashion to Bean Bag Toss a.k.a Cornhole.
Obviously (to us at least), if you can do this in your yard, you can do it at your desk... with a little design work.
Catapults are a must. And simple flexed piece of spring-like plastic turned out to be the perfect launching mechanism, propelling the bola pair through the air in an end-over-end rotating fashion. Brilliant!
And why shoot at just 3 rungs when you can add more and vary their positions to further distract from whatever work you're supposed to be doing instead. It's okay. In some societies, supreme dexterity is a prized quality.
